Palin Family Circus News - Friday, September 10, 2010

California's governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has weighed in on Sarah Palin: From the NY Daily News:

The "governator" took a shot at Sarah Palin as his plane flew over Alaska Friday, making fun of her claim during the 2008 presidential election that she could see Russia from her home state.

Using Twitter, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger fired at the "mama grizzly," saying, "looking everywhere but can't see Russia from here." ...

... For good measure, Schwarzenegger included a photo with his tweet of him gazing out of the plane's window.

"Will keep you updated as search continues," he wrote.

Meghan McCain appeared on "The Daily Show" to promote her book, Dirty Sexy Politics. She's tamed an elephant, and Bristol Palin's name came up during her appearance:

The Washington Post has a story about Ms. McCain's appearance on the "Tonight Show," with two videos.

From a Huffington Post story of September 3, updated this afternoon with breaking news:
Alaska Republican Joe Miller is telling his supporters that he is refusing to take corporate and out-of-state money, yet the Tea-Party-backed candidate has hired a prominent K Street fundraiser to help with his bid for the Senate.

Miller, to date, has relied extensively on the Lord to raise funds for his Senate run, his campaign told supporters in an email sent Sunday evening that was obtained by HuffPost.

"So far the Lord has always provided the money in this grass roots campaign, and this time God is going to use you to provide!" Miller's campaign told supporters, inviting them to attend a fundraiser with Miller and his wife. "It cost alot of money to run a clean campaign and we all know that Joe's campaign isn't receiving any monies from corporations or from out of State entities."

That pledge, however, runs counter to news, broken by Roll Call, that Miller has hired Mike Gula, a high-powered Washington fundraiser with The Gula Graham Group. K Street will now be supplementing the Lord's work.

Once again, the comments in the Washington Post reveal the mindset of the Palin Fan Club (no girls allowed) a la the "Our Gang" crowd. (Well, Buckwheat's been sent home). She's Darla and the rest of them are all Alfalfa. Good lord. These folks have a serious case of the hots--this is all so incredibly sick and embarrassing. But also deeply revealing. What a good idea--leadership choices guided by libido. Paging Dr. Freud.

From the AP:
“Schwarzenegger, also a Republican, was leaving for a weeklong trade mission to China, Japan and South Korea.”

She tries to tell him he should have landed so she could teach him how to balance the budget. She quit half way through her term–he was re elected in a state that has 40 million people. Sorry Grifter Granny, he made a load of money before he was Governator, you had to quit. He’s traveled around the world, Grifter Granny makes refueling stops and tries to call that a State Visit. Grifter Granny quit before she really had to balance the budget after her failed pipeline BS, he’s trying to lead the fight against global warming. NO CONTEST! And I didn’t even vote for the guy!

Sarah could have tweeted back to Arnold, "ur lookin' out wrong window!" but she has no sense of humor.

I owe Meghan McCain an apology. I thought she might join the circus when I learned she had trained an elephant, but now realize she could get on with a much classier circus than the Palin's.
